ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENT POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Agronomy / Golf Course Superintendent, the Associate Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating weekly and daily course maintenance operations, leading grounds crews, supporting the agronomic vision, and ensuring course quality and safety.
This role involves close collaboration with all other departments of the golf operation.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate activities such as grow-in operations, mowing, irrigation, and cultural practices
  • Conduct agronomic monitoring and on-course observations
  • Centralize data and follow up with corrective actions
  • Support the deployment of new technologies
  • Uphold quality and safety standards across all maintenance operations
  • Work collaboratively with all teams and departments
  • Support staff training, coaching, and development

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Agronomy, Golf Course Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism: French / English
  • Valid pesticide certification
  • Proficiency with MS Office and modern turf management software
